OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY
If the item you have purchased is somehow faulty we will happily exchange it at our cost providing you send us back the item for proof within 7 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original label/tags attached.
NOTE: Underwear cannot be returned due to health regulations.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not refund due to change of mind.
However, If there is a major fault with an item you have received from us and you prefer to discontinue the transaction we will gladly refund the purchase price of those items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You are able to exchange any items but at your cost.
DELIVERY
As soon as we receive payment for the items we will process the order and dispatch the goods. Orders will be kept for 7 days to allow for payment to go through.
A standard delivery within Australia will take 3-5 working days. For a quicker delivery please choose Express Post.
